Apstrakt

Cilj ovde predstavljenog istraživanja je da se projektuje i implementira sistem za automatsku proizvodnju bakarne žice, metodom livenja u vis (eng. up-casting). Podsistem indukcionog zagrevanja obuhvata automatsku kontrolu temperature bakra, topljenog kao i žarenog, automatsko regulisanje snage indukcionog zagrevanja, kako bi se omogućilo pravilno grejanje bakarne žice, tako da se može dostići potrebna temperatura, i postiglo žarenje ili topljenje. Zavojnica je izrađena od bakarne cevi i njena temperatura se reguliše pomoću prisilnog proticanja ulja kroz cev. Sistem se može lako prilagoditi za automatsko žarenje čelične žice ili žice od železa, imajući u vidu električna i magnetska svojstva železa i čelika. Sistem je proizveden, testiran i stavljen u funkciju.
