Koliko plamenogasitelji menjaju stabilnost jednobaznih baruta?

Apstrakt

Plamenogasitelji, pojedine kalijumove soli, koriste se kao aditivi radi smanjenja bljeska na ustima cevi. Uticaj se zasniva na inhibiciji postplamenih reakcija, odnosno na vezivanju reaktivnih radikala u gasnoj fazi i usporavanju sekundarnih lančanih reakcija sagorevanja, čime se smanjuje intenzitet vidljivog plamena. Brojni primeri iz prakse, kao i dostupni literaturni podaci, ukazuju da prisustvo kalijum-sulfata u barutnoj masi nepovoljno utiče na hemijsku stabilnost jednobaznih baruta. U ovom radu analiziraće se uticaj sastava barutne mase i tehnološkog postupka prerade na krajnju hemijsku stabilnost tri jednobazna baruta različite namene, NC-151, NC-48 i NCD-27, kojima je zajedničko prisustvo određene količine kalijum-sulfata. Poređenjem njihovog hemijskog sastava, sadržaja stabilizatora i ključnih faza tehnološke obrade biće razmotreno na koji način sastav i procesni parametri utiču na hemijsku stabilnost jednobaznih baruta. Procena hemijske stabilnost biće izražena parametrom Bergmann–Junk, a Dobijeni rezultati su interpretirani u skladu sa dostupnim teorijskim postavkama i specifičnostima proizvodnog procesa, sa ciljem identifikacije ključnih parametara koji utiču na hemijsku stabilnost jednobaznih baruta koji sadrže kalijum sulfat kao plamenogasitelj..
