Identifikacija polimernih materijala i elastomera na baz brzih metoda procene gustine i testa gorenja

Apstrakt
U radu je izvršena preliminarana identifikacija odabranih polimernih materijala i elastomera na bazi ispitivanja njihovog ponašanja u otvorenom plamenu kao i na bazi procene gustine (plutanje/tonjenje) u odgovarajućoj tečnosti, uz primenu brzih metoda identifikacije. Pretpostavljeno je da se na osnovu jednostavnih nestandardnih testova, brzih metoda identifikacije, može izvršiti procena vrste materijala od koje su izrađeni krajnji proizvodi od polimera/elastomera, a da dobijeni rezultati mogu odstupati od literaturnih vrednosti za čiste polimere/kaučuk. Na osnovu identifikovanih karakteristika prema primenjenim metodoma, može se smatrati da su ispitivani uzorci izrađeni od sledećih materijala: ABS kaučuk, PET, PS, PP. Modifikacija osnovnog polimera u procesu kompaundiranja polimernog materijala utiče na promenu ispitivanih svojstava u odnosu na vrednosti za čiste komponenete.
