Faktori koji utiču na kvalitet usluge u mobilnom učenju: PLS-SEM pristup

Apstrakt
Razvoj mobilnih tehnologija značajno je uticao na obrazovno okruženje, ističući značaj upravljanja kvalitetom i standardizacije u pružanju obrazovnih usluga. Mobilno učenje (m-učenje), kao nastavak e-učenja, omogućava studentima fleksibilan i interaktivan pristup obrazovnom sadržaju putem mobilnih uređaja, što doprinosi standardizaciji i poboljšanju kvaliteta obrazovnog procesa u visokom obrazovanju. Cilj ovog istraživanja je ispitivanje faktora koji oblikuju percepciju kvaliteta usluga mobilnog učenja, sa fokusom na očekivani napor, uticaj predavača, i ličnu inovativnost studenata. Predloženi model istraživanja testiran je korišćenjem modeliranja strukturnih jednačina parcijalnih najmanjih kvadrata (PLS-SEM), na osnovu podataka ankete prikupljenih od studenata Univerziteta u Beogradu, pružajući uvid u ključne determinante koje doprinose kvalitetu usluga mobilnom učenju. Rezultati istraživanja potvrđuju sve postavljene hipoteze, ukazujući da očekivani napor, uticaj predavača i lična inovativnost studenata imaju statistički značajan i pozitivan efekat na percepciju kvaliteta usluga mobilnog učenja. Dobijeni rezultati pružaju smernice donosiocima odluka i visokoškolskim institucijama za unapređenje dizajna i implementacije mobilnih obrazovnih platformi u cilju postizanja višeg nivoa kvaliteta i standardizacije obrazovnih usluga.
