Međusobni odnosi Kaizen pristupa i IT resursa u poboljšavanju kvaliteta procesa u organizaciji

Apstrakt

Rad se bavi sagledavanjem međusobnih odnosa Kaizen pristupa i IT resursa u poboljšavanju kvaliteta procesa u organizaciji. Kaizen se u radu posmatra kao pristup menadžmentu kvaliteta koji se zasniva na stalnom poboljšanju, usmerenosti na procese, standardizaciji i uključivanju zaposlenih u svakodnevno rešavanje problema i traženje boljih načina rada. U tom smislu, rad najpre pokazuje osnovne karakteristike Kaizen pristupa i njegovu povezanost sa konceptom Total Quality Management, kao i sa zahtevima standarda ISO 9001. Posebno se ukazuje na značaj PDCA ciklusa, gemba pristupa i 5S metodologije, jer oni predstavljaju važnu osnovu za poboljšavanje procesa u organizaciji.   Drugi deo rada usmeren je na IT resurse kao podršku primeni Kaizen principa. Razmatraju se BPM alati, QMS softverska rešenja, alati za upravljanje zadacima i radnim tokovima, data i BI alati, kao i kolaboracioni alati. Njihova uloga se ogleda u tome što omogućavaju veću preglednost procesa, lakše praćenje rezultata, bolju dokumentovanost aktivnosti i jednostavniju komunikaciju među učesnicima procesa.  Cilj rada jeste da pokaže da se kvalitet procesa ne poboljšava samo primenom određenih metoda menadžmenta kvaliteta, već i njihovim povezivanjem sa odgovarajućim IT resursima. Zaključuje se da IT resursi predstavljaju značajnu podršku Kaizen pristupu, jer olakšavaju praćenje procesa, analizu podataka, standardizaciju aktivnosti i sprovođenje stalnog poboljšanja u organizacionoj praksi.
