Pregled sistema za upravljanje energijom i njihova primena u obrazovnim zgradama

Apstrakt
S obzirom na veliku potrošnju energije u obrazovnim zgradama, sprovedeno je ocenjivanje potrošnje energije na Fakultetu humanističkih nauka (zgradi br. 2) u Naučnom i istraživačkom kampu (SRC) Islamskog univerziteta Azad (IAU), u Teheranu, u Iranu. Nakon pregleda I implementacije sistema sinergetskog upravljanja u ovoj zgradi, predložena su rešenja za smanjenje potrošnje energije. Posle prikupljanja podataka o zgradi i količini potrošene energije tokom jednogodišnjeg praćenja u 2005. kao i o opremi koja troši energiju u zgradi, proučena je tendencija ukupne potrošnje energije u zgradi. Nađeno je da su sistemi osvetljenja i elektromotori za centralno grejanje potrošili najviše električne i toplotne energije preko kotlova. Na osnovu analize svih podataka, sugerisana su rešenja za smanjenje potrošnje energije za osvetljenje, centralo grejanje i hlađenje, kao i kotlova. Pregled svih praktičnih rešenja za poboljšavanje sistema kojima zgrada raspolaže pokazao je da je sistem upravljanja energijom u zgradi bio na nuli, jer u zgradi nije bilo operativne jedinice koja bi nadgledala potrošnju
energije u njoj. Zaključeno je da energetska efikasnost u zgradi može biti optimizovana do izvesnog stepena, predstavljanjem jednog sistema za prikupljanje podataka o energiji, analizu i sistematsku implementaciju kao i sistema za prikupljanje osnovnih informacija o opremi koja troši energiju korišćenjem mernih instrumenata. Primenom postupaka opisanih u ovom radu, godišnje se može uštedeti 173.000 kWh I 323.642 m3 prirodnog gasa.
