Apstrakt
Međunarodni institut za hlađenje (IIR) objavio je u septembru 2008. Informativnu belešku o hlađenju i hrani, ovaj put posvećenu tehnologiji radiofrekventne identifikacije (RFID – Radio Frequency Identification), koja poboljšava logistiku u nekoliko sektora ekonomije, a naročito karakteristike lanca snabdevanja kvarljivom hranom. Beleška je objavljena zahvaljujući ekspertima IIR-a, posebno dr Silviji Estrada Flores i dr Dejvidu Taneru. Objavljujemo je u celini.
