Arhitekte i inženjeri: njihova raznolikost i jedinstvo u pokušaju da postignu cilj – zgrade sa neto nultom potrošnjom energije

Apstrakt
Zahtevi za održivijom izgrađenom sredinom kao i potreba za udobnom i zdravijom unutrašnjom sredinom čine proces projektovanja sve složenijim. Zbog toga se menja uloga projektanata, arhitekata i inženjera koji su uključeni u proces projektovanja zgrade. U ovom istraživanju ispitan je uticaj primene morfoloških pregleda kao i odnos morfološkog pregleda kao vrste mentalnog modela projektnog tima. Primena morfoloških pregleda je imala pozitivan uticaj na celokupan učinak tima. Međutim, rezultati su bili drugačiji za arhitekte – oni su procenili da je primena prikladna, ali su takođe zaključili da je broj funkcija i rešenja koje su izradili manji. Ujedinjenje različitih disciplina jeste složen proces, s obzirom na raznolikost članova tima koji projektuju zgradu. Neophodno je obaviti dodatna istraživanja kako bi se odredilo da li je korisno primenjivati morfološki dijagram u kombinaciji sa mentalnim modelom projektnog tima.
