Energetsko siromaštvo u Evropi: izazovi za obnovljive izvore i energetsku efikasnost

Apstrakt
Oskudica u energiji i gorivu u Evropskoj uniji postaje sve veći problem. Iako specifični uslovi variraju od zemlje do zemlje, faktori koji definišu oskudicu u gorivu i energiji slični su svuda u Evropi. Cilj ovog rada je da prikaže karakteristike stanova vlasnika sa malim prihodima, zajedno sa detaljima o toplotnim i ambijentalnim kvalitetima stanova i specifičnoj potrošnji energije. Prikazani su i razmatrani postojeća energetska efikasnost i pasivne solarne tehnologije koje treba da poboljšaju energetski kvalitet i kvalitet životne sredine stanova vlasnika sa malim prihodom, kao i stvarni projekti sa težištem na pitanjima energetskih karakteristika siromašnih domaćinstava.
