Apstrakt

Proučavanje je obavljeno u jednoj stambenoj zgradi pre i posle njenog renoviranja. Izvršeni su energetska revizija i klasifikacija izabrane zgrade u energetske klase. Cilj ovog proučavanja je istraživanje uticaja energetskog renoviranja na kvalitet unutrašnje sredine stambene zgrade tokom sezone grejanja. Procena kvaliteta unutrašnjeg vazduha izvršena je objektivnim merenjima i subjektivnim procenama. Koncentracija ugljen-dioksida je izmerena u spavaćim sobama, a uzorkovanje ukupnih isparljivih jedinjenja (UIOJ) obavljeno u dnevnim sobama odabranih stanova. Veće koncentracije CO2 i ukupnih isparljivih organskih jedinjenja u nekim slučajevima prevazilazile su preporučene granice, naročito posle primene mera uštede energije u zgradi. Prosečna stopa izmene vazduha bila je vidljiva mnogo pre obnove zgrade. Sadašnje proučavanje ukazuje da rekonstrukcije velikih razmera mogu smanjiti kvalitet unutrašnje sredine u mnogim stanovima, naročito zimi.
