Apstrakt
Ovo je tekst predavanja koje je profesor Kavalini održao na sastanku Naučnog saveta Međunarodnog instituta za h1ađenje, juna 1994. godine. Prvi deo članka prikazuje različite pristupe problemu mešavina, dok se u drugom delu posebno obrađuju tzv. prirodni rashladni medijumi.
