Zdravlje i ugodnost ljudi u zelenim zgradama – trendovi i budući pravci

Apstrakt

Iako je pažnja zelene izgradnje odavno usmerena ka kvalitetu unutrašnje sredine i zdravlju korisnika zgrada, odnedavno se poseban naglasak stavlja na karakteristike zgrade koje eksplicitno iskazuju iskustva korisnika. Uprkos tom novom pomaku među prioritetima, dokazi karakteristika zgrada sa zelenim sertifikatima sa stanovišta korisnika često su nedosledni uz mnogo novih pitanja kako efikasno projektovati, ocenjivati i promovisati „zdrave zgrade“. Ovaj tekst ukazuje na ključne istraživačke i praktične izazove koji mogu da utiču na karakteristike zgrada sa zelenim sertifikatom. U radu se ističe nekoliko srednjoročnih i dugoročnih mogućnosti da bi zelene zgrade bile efikasnije u ostvarivanju njihovih ciljeva.
