Apstrakt

Do kraja 2050. godine, 12 država i 160 gradova postavilo je cilj da dobija 100% svoje električne energije iz čistih izvora [1]. Gradovi Kalifornije predvode naciju u sastavljanju zakonodavstva u oblasti elektrifikacije, sa 28 gradova koji su usvojili zahteve u pogledu isključivo električnih sistema za novu izgradnju; u trenutku pisanja ovog članka, još 50 gradova i okruga čekaju na usvajanje zakonodavstva u oblasti električne energije [2]. Veliki deo jugoistoka SAD, gde su toplotni gubici mali, već koristi električne izvore grejanja. U područjima sa umerenom i hladnom klimom, postoji rastuće interesovanje za sisteme sa toplotnim pumpama, koji pružaju efikasnu alternativu električnom otporu za grejanje. Ovaj članak istražuje sisteme sa toplotnim pumpama u vidu jednog od načina na koji dekarbonizacija zgrada može da transformiše KGH.
