Automatizacija procesa sertifikacije postojećeg građevinskog fonda

Apstrakt
Razvijanje strategija i planova za smanjenje negativnog uticaja postojećeg građevinskog fonda na životnu sredinu njihovom obnovom vrlo je aktuelna tema kako u Evropskoj uniji, tako i u naučnim krugovima. Metod opisan u ovom tekstu potvrđuje stav sistema za sertifikaciju održivosti zgrada – BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) analiziranog u ovom radu, da projektovanje održivih zgrada ne mora nužno da bude složenije i skuplje od onih koje samo ispunjavaju obavezne zahteve zakonske regulative. Predstavljeni alat omogućuje automatizovani uvid ostvarenost kredita BREEAM tokom čitavog procesa planiranja rekonstrukcije i sanacije postojećih zgrada u realnom vremenu i samim tim u velikoj meri pojednostavljuje proces procene uticaja na životnu sredinu. Namenjen je projektantima koji se bave analizom i procenom zgrada u okruženju BIM (Building Information Modeling). Za njegovo kreiranje korišćen je jezik za vizuelno programiranje (Visual Programming Language – VPL) „Dynamo“, koji je integrisan u BIM softver Autodesk Revit i obrađena je jedna od kategorija iz priručnika BREEAM. Buduća istraživanja će biti usmerena na unapređivanje alata u smislu povećanja broja obrađenih kategorija BREEAM, primene ove metode na druge sisteme za sertifikaciju zgrada, kao i upotrebe tokom projektovanja novih zgrada.
