Analiza isplativosti poboljšanja kvaliteta vazduha u poslovnoj zgradi

Apstrakt

Obavljena je analiza isplativosti mera za poboljšanje kvaliteta vazduha u postojećoj klimatizovanoj poslovnoj zgradi (11581 m2, 864 zaposlena lica) za toplu, umerenu i hladnu klimu i za dva režima rada: sa konstantnom količinom vazduha (VAV) sa ekonomajzerom, i sa konstantnom količinom vazduha (CAV) i rekuperacijom toplote. Godišnji trošak za energiju i prvi troškovi sistema za grejanje, ventilaciju i klimatizaciju izračunali su primenom DOE 2.1E za različite nivoe kvaliteta vazduha (10-50% nezadovoljnih lica). To je postignulo promenom količine spoljnog vazduha i opterećenja zagađenja. Prethodne studije beleže porast produktivnosti u kancelariji od 1,1% za svako smanjenje od 10% u proporciji prema licima koja ulaze u prostoriju, a nezadovoljna su kvalitetom vazduha. Sa ovom pretpostavkom, godišnji dobitak zahvaljujući poboljšanom kvalitetu vazduha uvek je bio najmanje 10 puta veći od povećanja godišnjih troškova za energiju i održavanje. Vreme amortizacije ulaganja u grejanje, ventilaciju i klimatizaciju koji su uključeni u poboljšanje kvaliteta vazduha uvek je iznosilo manje od 4 meseca.
