Harmoničan integralni ruralno urbani održiv razvoj – solarni desetoboj evrope prekretnica za nove i renovirane zgrade energije plus

Apstrakt
Rad daje viziju potencijala razvoja i puteva, koji bi mogli pouzdano da vode uspostavljanju harminičnog integralno ruralnog i urbanog održivog razvoja uz očuvanje prirodne i kulturne baštine. Data je metodologija koja se osniva na vise-sektorskom prilazu, obuhvatajući vezu teritorija sa sličnim potencijaloma razvoja i problema, i aktivnim učešćem lokalnih zajednica i drugih merodavnih subjekata u izazovima razvoja. Rad ističe tehnički napredak u integralnom projektovanju zgrada/KGH/OIE (Obnovljivih Izvora Energije), tehnologijama i primeni simulacija dinamičkog ponašanja zgrada za integralnu optimizaciju energetske efikasnosti i primene OIE, kao i ključni značaj modeliranjem predviđajuće kontrole pametnom mrežom, na osnovi korišćenja OIE distribuirane ko- i tri-generacije za sela i gradove Nula CO2 emisije i Energije Plus. Dalje, u radu se ističe značaj i potreba sveobuhvatnog – holističkog, velikog obima temeljnog (OIE integriranog) renoviranja postojećih zgrada, posebno stambenih i prigradskih, a takođe i zgrada u slučajevima gustih gradskih urbanih centara, što je bilo izuzetno uspešno demonstrirano Solarnin Desetobojem Evrope 2014 u Parskom Versaju.
