Apstrakt
U radu je data analiza konvektivnih toplotnih opterećenja ledene površine. Formiran je matematički model proračuna “suvih“ i „vlažnih“ toplotnih opterećenja. Određivanje koeficijenta isparavanja σ bazirano je na primeni Chilton-Colburn-ove analogije. Analiziran je uticaj merodavnih parametra toplotnog opterećenja (brzine strujanja i relativne vlažnosti vazduha iznad leda, temperature površine ledene ploče i karakteristične dužine ravne ploče). Ukazane su mere koje unapređuju energetsku efikasnost rada rashladne instalacije.
