Rešavanje jednačine neto-nula emisije u oblasti grejanja i hlađenja zgrada

Apstrakt

Globalna posvećenost neto-nultim emisijama gasova sa efektom staklene bašte (GHG) usmerava energetske i srodne politike kako u oblasti proizvodnje toplote i električne energije iz svih vrsta primarnih izvora, tako i u raznim oblicima njihove finalne potrošnje. Podrazumeva se da je energetska efikasnost uvek na prvom mestu, kao primarni pokretač smanjenja emisija. Oblast grejanja i hlađenja zgrada nudi mnoge mogućnosti da se unaprede neto-nulte emisije, kako sa stanovišta njihovog ogromnog udela (oko 40%) u bruto finalnoj potrošnji energije, tako i sa stanovišta niskougljeničnih tehnologija koje bi se mogle iskoristiti za dekarbonizaciju snabdevanja energijom. Ovaj rad se bavi promenom ponašanja korisnika u cilju smanjenja emisija u kombinaciji sa korišćenjem obnovljivih ili nuklearnih izvora energije za grejanje i hlađenje zgrada, zatim mogućnostima kogeneracije toplote i električne energije, upotrebom toplotnih pumpi na bazi podzemnih ili otpadnih voda kao i potencijalno mogućom upotrebom iskorišćenog nuklearnog goriva za sistem daljinskog grejanja. Pažnja je takođe posvećena „muci i nauci“ od nastupajuće energetske krize i poremećaja na tržištu prirodnog gasa sa posledičnim rastom emisija gasova sa efektom staklene bašte.
