Apstrakt

Okvir za energetsku i klimatsku politiku EU predviđa da energetski sistem Evrope postane decentralizovan, dekarbonizovan i vođen zajednicom. Takođe, postoji sve veća potražnja za energetski efikasnim rešenjima i inteligentnim sistemima u zgradama koji ne samo da mogu poboljšati udobnost i pogodnost, već i smanjiti potrošnju energije i uticaj na životnu sredinu. Ambiciozni planovi za povećanje udela obnovljivih izvora energije i poboljšanje energetske efikasnosti u zgradama zahtevaju kontinuirano unapređenje politike i istraživanja za nove i efikasne pristupe i instrumente implementacije. Poboljšanja u efikasnosti zgrada, u pogledu energije i drugih resursa, zahtevaju sistematski pristup koji prevazilazi trenutnu uobičajenu praksu praćenja i optimizacije potrošnje energije. Jedno od inovativnih rešenja koje može pomoći u održivoj transformaciji zgrada u EU je Indikator spremnosti za korišćenje pametnih tehnologija, koji je Evropska unija uvela 2018. godine prilikom izmene Direktive o energetskoj efikasnosti zgrada. Ovaj rad predstavlja praktične elemente SRI revizije sa naglaskom na identifikaciju energetske fleksibilnosti u tri različite zgrade u Sloveniji i Hrvatskoj. Dobijeni rezultati jasno ukazuju na to da SRI može postati važan alat za prelazak na energetski efikasnije i održivije izgrađeno okruženje. Podstiče prelazak sa tradicionalnih, jednosmernih, potrošačkih zgrada (potrošači) ka fleksibilnijim, zgradama sa odgovorom na potražnju koje proizvode energiju i uzimaju u obzir povremenu prirodu obnovljivih izvora energije (proizvođači-potrošači). Takođe, na osnovu iskustava stečenih tokom početnog testiranja SRI u Sloveniji i Hrvatskoj, identifikovane su ključne kompetencije SRI revizora. Zaključak rada objektivno predstavlja izazove buduće implementacije SRI u Sloveniji i Hrvatskoj.
