Apstrakt

Ovaj rad istražuje uticaj okolnih struktura na energetsku efikasnost osnovne škole u Nišu, fokusirajući se na njihov uticaj na potrošnju energije i zasenčenost. Kao merilo za procenu promena do kojih dovode obližnje zgrade u istraživanju je korišžena referentna vrednost potrošnje energije od 177kWh/m², koja je utvrđena u prethodnim istraživanjima,. Primarni cilj ovog istraživanja ogleda se u razumevanju na koji način ove strukture utiču na energetsku efikasnost zgrade, posebno na toplotni omotač, kao i identifikovanje potencijalnih grešaka u procesu procene energetske efikasnosti. Sprovođenje sveobuhvatnih simulacija omogućava procenu efekata okolnih zgrada na energetski bilans školske zgrade, uzimajući u obzir faktore kao što su zasenčenje, refleksija svetlosti i protok vazduha. Pored toga, istraživanje ispituje kako ove strukture doprinose ukupnoj održivosti i energetskoj stabilnosti zgrade, pružajući uvide u optimizaciju energetske efikasnosti u gustim urbanim sredinama. Analiziraju se različiti scenariji kako bi se identifikovale najefikasnije strategije za smanjenje potrošnje energije, prilagođene specifičnim klimatskim i urbanim karakteristikama Niša. Rezultati ovog istraživanja pružaju dragocene smernice za unapređenje arhitektonskih rešenja i urbanog planiranja, sa naglaskom na smanjenje potrošnje energije u sličnim okruženjima. Dodatno, ovaj rad ističe važnost preciziranja simulacionih modela u složenim urbanim kontekstima kako bi se osigurale tačne procene energetske efikasnosti. Ovi nalazi mogu poslužiti kao osnova za dalja istraživanja u oblasti energetske efikasnosti zgrada i imati praktične implikacije za održivi razvoj gradova.
