Apstrakt

Ispitana je literatura koja se bavi uticajem vrste i kvaliteta reduktorskih ulja na energetsku efi-kasnost i pouzdanost vetroturbina i praćenje stanja reduktorskih ulja u ovim sistemima. Procenjuje se da su operacije i aktivnosti održavanja oko trećine troškova električne energije od generatora vetra. Shodno tome, razvoj efikasnog održavanja je kritičan u industriji energije od vetra. Podmazivanje je važan deo aktivnosti održavanja. Identifikacija razlika u performansama između različitih tipova i formulacija mazivnih ulja može dati informacije za validaciju gubitka energije menjača i životnog vijeka maziva. Ovo je važno jer mehanički kvarovi menjača nisu neuobičajeni a troškovi popravke su obično vrlo visoki. Da bi se to sprečio razvijeni je senzorsko kontinualno praćenje sistema podmazi-vanja vetrogeneratora.
