Merenje temperature u viÅ¡e taÄaka pomoću arduino modula

Apstrakt
Merenje temperature ili termometrija opisuje proces merenja trenutne lokalne temperature za istovremenu ili kasniju procenu. Temperatura je veoma važna i Äesto merena promenljiva, od znaÄaja za mnoge inženjerske primene, bilo u maÅ¡instvu ili u elektrotehnici. RazliÄite su primene, koje zahtevaju da se u nekom periodu odredi trenutna temperatura lokalno, to jest, meri se: telesna temperatura (za otkrivanje bolesti), temperatura vazduha (za podeÅ¡avanje rada HVAC sistema – sistema za grejanje, ventilaciju i klimatizaciju), zagrevanje elektriÄnih kontakata ili elektronskih komponenti, temperatura zavarivanja, prati se i reguliÅ¡e temperatura u procesnoj industriji, prati se temperatura na mrežnim ureÄ‘ajima i serverima, …
ElektriÄni gubici (ili gubici druge vrste energije) Äesto su u obliku toplote.
Ovde napravljen prototip, koristi Arduino Uno za prikupljanje i obradu podataka u okviru merenja temperature. Temperatura se meri u tri taÄke, pomocÌu digitalnih senzora DS18B20. Digitalni senzori ovog tipa imaju individualne identifikatore, Å¡to omogucÌava umrežavanje ureÄ‘aja uz mogucÌnost zasebnog oÄitavanja svake od temperatura. Protokol, koji se koristi za komunikaciju izmeÄ‘u Arduino Uno modula i senzora temperature DS18B20 je 1-wire protokol, deo vlasniÄke Maxim Integrated 1-Vire® tehnologije. Ovaj protokol obezbeÄ‘uje serijsku komunikaciju i nekoliko senzora može da bude i jeste, povezano na isti pin Arduino Uno.
Nakon Å¡to je prototip ureÄ‘aja sastavljen, programira se pomocÌu Arduino IDE softverskog sistema i modifikovanih reÅ¡enja - skica (eng. sketches), dostupnih u okviru Arduino zajednice. Izveden je pokuÅ¡aj je da se kalibriÅ¡e ovaj merni ureÄ‘aj, merenjem temperature kocke leda i kljuÄale vode. Ovde prikazan prototip mernog ureÄ‘aja je izraÄ‘en u okviru pristupa obrazovanju, zasnovanom na praksi, koji se koristi na akademijama strukovnih studija.
