Sušenje bioloških materijala u kombinovanoj solarnoj sušari
Apstrakt
Procesom sušenja se omogućuje očuvanje korisnih sastojaka hrane duži vremenski period. U tom smislu se vrši sušenje celih komada voća, povrća ili delova koji se koriste odvojeno ili u smeši sa drugim biološkim materijalima i koriste se kao dodaci jelima i začini.
