Apstrakt

Danas smo svedoci ubrzanog razvoja, kao direktne posledice globalizacije iz prethodnog veka. Ubrzani razvoj i dinamično okruženje suočavaju građevinsku industriju sa ubrzanim regulatornim promenama, globalnim pritiscima održivog razvoja, zahtevima energetske efikasnosti i odgovornog odnosa prema životnoj okolini. Zahtevi zainteresovanih strana prate ove trendove i „nameću“ potrebu organizacijama za redefinisanjem načina poslovanja.
