Uticaj vrste plastifikatora na mehaničke karakteristike i propustljivost vodene pare polisaharidnih filmova

Apstrakt

U cilju rešavanja jednog od problema životne sredine - ireverzibilnog zagađenja zemljišta nastalog usled korišćenja nebiodegradabilnih i neobnovljivih polietilenskih filmova, uloženi su  napori da se ovakvi filmovi zamene biodegradabilnim filmovima. Sintetisani su filmovi na bazi smeše različitih polisaharida koji predstavljaju alternativnu i održivu zamenu komercijalnim sintetskim filmova. Pripremeljeni su filmovi na bazi locust bean guma i k-karagenana metodom izlivanja iz rastvora (engl. „solvent-casting“). Odnos locust bean guma i k-karagenana je bio 100:0, 75:25, 50:50, 25:75 i 100:0. Ispitivane su mehaničke karakteristika  i propusrljivost vodene pare dobijenih filmova. Takođe, ispitan je i uticaj različitih plastifikatora (glicerol, PEG600 i PEG1000)  i ražličitog udela plastifikatora na svojstva sintetisanih filmova. Rezultati su pokazali da filmovi u kome je smeša polimera bila 50:50 imaju bolje karakteristike u poređenju sa ostalim filmovima različitog odnosa dva polimera. Takođe, utvrđeno je da filmovi gde je glicerol upotrebljen kao plastifikator poseduju najbolje mehaničke karakteristike ali i najveći koeficijent propustljivosti vodene pare. Optimalne karakteristike je posedovao film gde je kao plastifikator korišćena smeša 20% glicerola i 10% PEG1000.
