Analiza znanja i kompetencija neophodnih za menadžere u kvalitetu

Apstrakt

 Svrha ovog istraživanja je da analizira koja su znanja i kompetencije menadžera kvaliteta najvažnija sa stanovišta preduzeća. Istraživanje se vrši kroz prikupljanje i analizu raspoloživih oglasa u poslednje tri godine, u domenu kvaliteta u Srbiji. Kao rezultat, odabrani su najvažniji kriterijumi koje kandidati treba da poseduju za poziciju u domenu kvaliteta. Takođe su istaknuti alati i metode koje su vezane za kvalitet i neophodne za kandidate kada se prijave za takvu poziciju. Prema izvršenom prikupljanju podataka i analizi, može se zaključiti da mnoge kompanije daju veliku važnost metodama i alatima koji su vezani za kvalitet, kao što su 8D, Ishikawa, Pareto, FMEA. Sa druge strane, oni takođe daju veliku važnost da budu upoznati sa standard-ima upravljanja kvalitetom, pošto se najvažniji izdvaja ISO 9001. Glavni doprinos ovog istraživanja je da pomogne budućim menadžerima kvaliteta da se informišu o kriterijumima za određenu poziciju na polju kvaliteta na srpskom tržištu. Pored toga, rad bi mogao da podigne svest o važnosti kvaliteta u poslovanju.
