Izvori buke, štetni efekti buke na zdravlje čoveka i prevencija

Apstrakt

Buka predstavlja značajan problem današnjice. Ljudi su svakodnevno izloženi buci u radnom i životnom okruženju. Izlaganje ljudi buci u procesnoj industriji je posebno značajno jer postoje mnogobrojni izvori buke. Različite mašine proizvode različite zvukove koji mogu da ometaju proces rada. Mnoge studije su ispitivale uticaj buke na zdravlje čoveka. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da izlaganje buci može da dovede do ozbiljnog narušavanja fizičkog i mentalnog zdravlja. Nađena je pozitivna povezanost između buke i mnogih bolesti. Buka ima značajan uticaj na kardiovaskularne bolesti. Buka dovodi do povećane prevalencije kardiovaskularnih bolesti. Rezultati studija su pokazali da postoji pozitivna povezanost između buke i srčane frekvencije i hipertenzije. Takođe, nađena je i pozitivna povezanost između buke i atrijalne fibrilacije, ishemijske bolesti srca i infarkta miokarda. Izlaganje buci dovodi do gojaznosti i povećane incidencije dijabetesa. Nađena je i pozitivna povezanost između buke i rizika za hroničnu opstruktivnu bolest pluća. Buka značajno utiče na glavobolju i poremećaj spavanja. Mentalno zdravlje takođe može biti ugroženo. Nađena je pozitivna povezanost između buke i depresije i anksioznosti. Imajući u vidu rezultate studija, buku treba shvatiti kao ozbiljan problem koji ozbiljno može da naruši fizičko i mentalno zdravlje. Naročitu pažnju treba posvetiti ljudima zaposlenim u procesnoj industriji gde izlaganje buci može biti značajno. Izvori zvuka i putevi prenosa zvuka treba da budu u fokusu interesovanja da bi adekvatno mogle da se planiraju mere zaštite i prevencije.
