Lean razmišljanje u proizvodnoj organizaciji ‒ pregled Lean alata za unapređenje procesa

Apstrakt

U današnjem, nepredvidivom, nestabilnom svetu, značajne novine su stupile na tržišnu scenu. Svim učesnicima je nametnuta nova poslovna filozofija koja kaže da je kupac u centru svih dešavanja. Lean proizvodnja, kao brza, jeftina, inovativna i kompjuterski integrisana proizvodnja predstavlja „recept za uspeh“. Odabirom različitih koncepata, tehnika i alata na pravi način i njihovom adekvatnom primenom, uštede i poboljšanja koja se ostvaruju su zaista očigledna. Identifikacijom i eliminacijom nepotrebnih i aktivnosti rasipanja u poslovnom procesu i stavljanjem u fokus onoga što stvara vrednost sa stanoviša kupca, postiže se i održava balans između pravovremenog zadovoljavanja potreba kupaca i sopstvene profitabilnosti. Prvi deo rada posvećen je upoznavanju sa lean metodologijom, pojmom lean-a, njegovom osnovnom idejom i svrhom postojanja. Istorijat, ključni akteri u razvoju lean – a, kao i razvojni proces, prikazani su i opisani u drugom delu. Sledeći deo rada, posvećen je detaljnijem opisu lean koncepta kroz Womack-ovih pet principa. U literaturi se mogu pronaći mnogi lean alati koji su korišćeni ili se koriste u mnogim organizacijama. Međutim, treba naglasiti da različiti alati kreiraju sistem kako bi doprineli eliminisanju određenih vrsta otpada i trebalo bi da budu primenjeni zajedno. Nakon upoznavanja sa konceptom i osnovnim principima, pružen je pregled nekih alata koji se mogu koristiti, pri čemu je detaljnije opisano nekoliko alata – 5S, standardni rad, vizuelni menadžment, SMED, Poka-yoke. Mnoge kompanije žele da implementiraju i integrišu različite upravljačke i proizvodne procese u njihove poslovne modele. Postoji hiljade tehnika da se to uradi, ali su neke od njih zajedničke za većinu proizvodnih kompanija. Primenom ovog koncepta organizacije mogu iskoristiti prednosti, ali ako to urade na pravi način. Stoga je poslednji deo rada posvećen primeni lean-a u proizvodnji, dobrim, a i lošim primerima iz prakse.
