Razvoj standarda u oblasti cirkularne ekonomije

Apstrakt

Cirkularna ekonomija se zasniva na prikupljanju i recikliranju otpada, čiji se deo vraća u proces proizvodnje kao materijalni resurs, dok se manja količina otpada odlaže na što manje štetan način. Razvoj standarda, standardnih zahteva i smernica za zainteresovane strane u oblasti cirkularne ekonomije jedno je od najboljih rešenja za primenu cirkularne ekonomije. Do sada ne postoje sveobuhvatne smernice standardizovane čak ni za zemlje Evropske Unije koje nose definicije, principe, strategije, sprovođenje i nadgledanje kružne ekonomije. Identifikovane su samo dve zemlje Evropske Unije koje su uvele nacionalne norme za cirkularnu ekonomiju; Velika Britanija sa standardom kružne ekonomije BS 8001:2017 i Francuska sa standardom XP X 30-901.Razvoj sveobuhvatnog standarda doveo bi do ubrzavanja procesa prelaska sa linearne ekonomije na cirkularnu ekonomiju u svakoj zemlji.
