Magnezijum i hipertenzija u procesnoj industriji

Apstrakt

U procesnoj industriji postoje mnogi izvori buke. Sistematski pregled i meta-analiza pokazali su da izloženost buci na radnom mestu povećava rizik od hipertenzije. Izloženost buci je snažno povezana sa prevalencijom hipertenzije kod radnika u čeličani. Pokazano je da kod radnika u kompaniji za proizvodnju automobila izlaganje buci može povećati krvni pritisak. Na radnim mestima gde se obavlja rad na kojima dnevna izloženost buci značajno varira od dana do dana nedeljna izloženost buci ne sme da pređe 85 dB (A). Magnezijum ima značajnu ulogu u regulaciji krvnog pritiska. Magnezijum može poboljšati vazodilataciju oslobađanjem azot oksida iz endotela i utiče na inhibiciju nekoliko vazokonstriktora, stimulaciju vazodilatatora u endotelu, i direktnu ili indirektnu inhibiciju proizvodnje aldosterona izazivajući smanjenu reapsorpciju natrijuma i tečnosti u bubrezima. U zapadnoj ishrani preporučeni unos magnezijuma se teško može postići zbog prerade i rafinisanja hrane. U Srbiji, nutritivni unos magnezijuma kod pacijenata sa esencijalnom hipertenzijom je znatno ispod preporučenih vrednosti. Kod muškaraca dobi ≤ 30 godina unos magnezijuma je 2.4 puta manji od preporučenog, a kod žena iste dobi je 55,2 % u odnosu na preporučeni. Kod muškaraca dobi ≥ 31 godina unos magnezijuma je 47,1 % u odnosu na preporučeni, a kod žena iste dobi je 56,2 % od preporučenog. Sistematski pregled i meta-analiza prospektivnih kohortnih studija pokazali su inverznu povezanost između unosa magnezijuma hranom i rizika od hipertenzije.
