Apstrakt

Pod velikim uticajem globalizacije i promjenjivom poslovnom dinamikom dolazi do značajnih promjena u organizacijama, što direktno utiče na povećanje izazova za ljudske resurse i na njihovu sve veću mobilnost i globalizovanost. To doprinosi zahtjevnosti zadatka odjeljenja za ljudske resurse o tome kako najbolje razviti i primijeniti agilnu i visoko kompetentnu radnu snagu uz održavanje troškovne efikasnosti. Da bi se osigurala efektivnost procesa i poboljšanje kvaliteta, ključno je uskladiti prakse i procedure upravljanja ljudskim resursima kroz razvoj standarda u ovoj oblasti.Ovaj rad, oslanjajući se na izvore naučne literature, razmatra proces standardizacije u oblasti ljudskih resursa, kao i proces primjene metrike za ljudske resurse.Uprkos složenosti ljudskih resursa i različitim ulogama koje oni igraju, postoji ograničeno istraživanje koje pomaže u informisanju o pregledu standarda kao i odabiru, primjeni i upotrebi metrike ljudskih resursa i analitike na operativnim, menadžerskim i strateškim nivoima koje ljudski resursi zauzimaju.Prema tome cilj ovog rada jeste da pruži teorijski okvir standarda ljudskih resursa i metrika koje se u njima koriste za različite nivoe aktivnosti i donošenja odluka u ljudskih resursima. Standardi imaju ogroman uticaj na radno mjesto, oni su dio organizacionog, profesionalnog i društvenog života na nacionalnom i međunarodnom nivou. Takođe, očekuje se da će stvaranje upotrebljivih i efikasnih HR metrika i analitike radne snage postati glavni izvor konkurentske prednosti u budućnosti.
