Agilne metodologije u kontekstu obezbeđivanja kvaliteta u procesnoj industriji

Apstrakt

U radu je razmatran potencijal agilnih metodologija u svrsi poboljšavanje obezbeđivanja kvaliteta u procesnoj industriji.
U radu su predstavljeni i objašnjeni procesi menadžmenta kvaliteta i obezbeđivanja kvalite-ta, ključni standardi za softvere i procesnu industriju u kontekstu primene agilnih metodologija. Ukratko je predstavljen tradicionalni projektni menadžment sa fokusom na vodopad metod, kao i prednosti i mane tradicionalnih pristupa. Predstavljene su agilne metodologije i dat je detaljniji prikaz odabranih agilnih metodologija Scrum, Kanban, XP i Crystal Clear. Dalje u radu predstav-ljeno je mesto i uloga obezbeđivanja kvaliteta u agilnim metodologijama i njihova moguća prime-na u procesnoj industriji.
U zaključku rada, pocrtava se da agilne metodologije mogu da služe kao efektivan alat za poboljšavanje obezbeđivanja kvaliteta u procesnoj industriji. Usvajanjem agilnih metodologija, procesna industriji može da postane responzivnija pred rastućim zahtevima tržišta, poveća kvali-tet i produktivnost i obezbedi da njeni proizvodi zadovoljavaju standarde. Autori predlažu i zalažu se za dalja istraživanja u pogledu primene agilnih metodologija u procesnoj industriji u svrsi po-boljšavanja kvaliteta.
