Uticaj zahteva iz domena bezbednosti na inženjerski pristup u procesnoj industriji

Apstrakt

Bezbednosni zahtevi iz domena  za industrijska postrojenja i sisteme se stalno razvijaju, posebno kada je u pitanju kritična infrastruktura (CI). Ovakvi zahtevi imaju značajan uticaj na sve aspekte inženjerskih radova, od projektovanja do održavanja. U radu se analiziraju odabrane teme vezane za bezbednosna pitanja koja inženjeri uključeni u sve oblasti rada u okviru procesne industrije moraju uzeti u obzir. Poseban akcenat je stavljen na eksploataciju i održavanje procesnih postrojenja i sistema. Takođe, objašnjena je neophodnost poboljšanog pristupa proučavanju uticaja na životnu sredinu, uz realne procene rizika i potencijalnog uticaja u slučaju udesa. Navedeni primeri ilustruju mogući ishod u slučaju terorističkih napada ili kvarova sistema za preradu otpadnih voda. Na osnovu analiziranih studija slučaja, razmatraju se neophodne pripremne aktivnosti koje zahtevaju doprinos i/ili uključivanje inženjera za rukovanje incidentima. Takođe je razmatrana i povezanost navedenih aktivnosti u odnosu na zakone i preporuke o zaštiti kritične infrastrukture i otpornosti u EU.
